3. Airport Transfer

Reaching Cha-Am, Hua Hin from Suvarnabhumi International Airport is easy. Taxis, limousines and vans are available, with prices beginning at around 2,000 baht (with vans being much less than that). There are several companies offering the service, so shop around for the best price. 

There's also a daily scheduled first class coach service from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Hua Hin and from Hua Hin to Suvarnabhumi Airport at the fare rate of 274 baht/person, for more information please visit www.airporthuahinbus.comAlternatively, you can take Skytrain to Victory Monument (in Bangkok) where you should exit at the Century Cinema on Soi Ragnam (walk away from the walkway encircling Victory Monument) and the bus stop (Vans) is literally at the end of the stairway. Tickets to Cha-Am and Hua Hin should cost 180 baht, one way, with the journey lasting roughly two hours.

4. Payments

Attendees will settle their rooms and other bills directly with the hotel. The hotel will require Credit Card details on check-in.

5. VISA Instruction

All foreign eligible travellers can obtain VISA for Thailand. Please contact Thai Consulate/Embassy in your own country to get your VISA. Foreigners from certain countries can also get a VISA on- arrival at Bangkok Airport. For more information, please visit the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Thailand Website: www.mfa.go.th . You may use our official invitation letter of acceptance of your paper to expedite the VISA application process.
